2 Cards using new CTMH papers

I am so in love with this color called Thistle. It coordinates perfectly with the Confetti Wishes papers.  I decided to use this color as the basis for these cards.

I had seen someone do a video where they used wafer thin dies to create an inlaid border on their card.  I thought I could do the same thing with my Silhouette Cameo.  I created a rectangle 4"x 5.25".  Then I made an internal offset.  I made another internal offset and they became the inlay piece.   I cut one from Thistle and the other from Black cardstock.  I attached them to White Daisy Card bases.

The Happy Birthday and Thank You are typed into the silhouette and welded together, but I don't remember which font I used.  The Happy Birthday was cut in one layer and attached to the card.  The Thank you was cut four times and glued together to make a thicker image on the card.

The flowers were cut from Confetti Wishes paper and White Daisy cardstock. I stamped the dots onto the white layers using an older stamp set called Celebrate Life C1287.  I stamped them in Pacifica, Thistle, Canary inks.  The vine was inked with Topiary ink.

Between the layers of the flowers, I used Thin 3D Foam tape and they were attached directly to the card with Bonding Memories Two way glue.
