I made the file to cut this card using Cricut Design Space: https://design.cricut.com/#/design/55910158
I made the largest rectangle, then I attached the second rectangle and welded them together. I added a score line where they joined. The second rectangle is actually the center two panels, so I put a score line as close to the center as I could figure out. I added a tab for gluing the front panel to and welded all together. Then I just put the front panel rectangle on the mat so it would also cut on the Cricut.
Decorating the panels, I used several flowers from Close to My Heart stamp sets and Cricut Flower Market cartridge. I did a mixture of stamping on the actual card and stamping on cardstock, fussy cutting and layering with 3d foam tape.

What a special card and fabulous fancy fold! Thanks for inspiring me today and for sharing your Design Space cut file.
